1. Services Provided
We offer wedding content creation services including but not limited to behind the scenes videos, social media content, and custom edits for couples and vendors.

2. Booking & Payment
A signed agreement and retainer are required to reserve your date.
Final payment is due on or before the event date unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations must be made in writing; deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract.

3. Intellectual Property
We retain copyright ownership of all content we create unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use delivered media for personal, non-commercial use.
Commercial use (e.g., brand or vendor advertising) requires separate licensing.

4. Media Sharing & Usage
Unless you opt out in writing, we may:
Share your content on our website, social media, or in marketing materials.
Submit your event for publication (with proper credit).
You have the right to request media removal or restriction from public platforms.

5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate event information and timelines.
Secure permission for us to film in all locations.
Inform guests about the presence of content creators at the event.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Missed moments due to unexpected circumstances, weather, or venue restrictions.
Data loss due to unforeseen technical failures (though we take steps to prevent this).
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our services.

7. Cancellations & Refunds
If we cancel due to illness or emergency, we will provide a replacement or offer a full refund.
Refunds for client cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the signed agreement.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Clark County, Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the local jurisdiction.
